This company is one of the world’s leading elevator and escalator companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• take the responsibility of designing or testing for motor and electrical drive system, analysing test results and creating reports
• make static and dynamic analysis and power calculation, instruct and monitor the reliability testing for different motors
• keep measurement system calibrated and maintained
• calculate reliability key parameters' values, tolerances and variances, run lifetime test series
• compare localised components against existing or against earlier measurements
• audit supplier manufacturing process and support QA and supplier to improve the quality

Key Requirements:

• university degree in electrical (motors preferred)
• minimum three years‘ motor design or test work experience
• independent work experience preferred
• fluent in written and oral English
• knowledge in project development matrix, subcontracting process, partnering process (depending on the task and project) 
• active knowledge sharer
