Work Experience:

·        Minimum of 8 years related experience in an ISO9000 registered manufacturing business. 

·        Knowledge of and understanding of applicable manufacturing processes is desirable. 

·        Specific work experience with any of the following; PCBA test, power supply board test…

 

Work Responsibility:

·         Develop and lead the implementation of uniform test process and procedures compliant to customer standards.

·         Work to understand customer and market needs for product test.

·         Develop and implement company programs to track and measure errors and elimination of errors toward zero defects.

·         Develop training programs for Operations and lead training in such areas as:

-        product error analysis

-        test program and method

-        prototype planning, development and approval process

·         Review engineering test procedures to ensure that proper testing is completed and documented prior to new product release.

·         Lead the company’s new product introduction process.

·         Coordinate product development activities with customer and company’s Engineering department.

·         Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing processes is developed and maintained..
