职位描述：
负责对主要客户进行技术支持和培训。
工作内容：
提供关于8－bit MCU产品系列的专业技术支持，包括产品介绍，演示，工具的安装和维护；与销售人员合作，共同支持8－bit MCU产品的潜在客户，为客户应用和产品的开发提供方案和准备详细的产品介绍，满足客户的需求；为销售和客户提供跟进技术支持；负责针对客户当前，或将要开发的产品的需求进行研究；基于客户的要求建立产品原型并演示该应用的可行性；为客户系统设计咨询已经产品性能的估计和验证；确保产品应用或方案按照规范正常工作；承担部分产品的市场调研，包括对主要竞争对手产品和应用的分析。
要求：
电子工程，计算机或相关专业硕士以上学历；至少3年软件或硬件设计相关工作经验；具有基于MCU嵌入式系统（最好是AVR，8051及存储器方面）的相关知识；流利的英语和普通话；易于沟通；能够经常在国内出差；经验丰富的应聘者可以担当资深产品应用工程师。
Purpose:
Reporting to the Application Manager,your role is to undertake all presales services to key customers,including advising,supporting and training.

Responsibilities:
1.Provides technical expertise through presentations, product demonstrations,installation and maintenance of 8-bit MCU based microcontroller products family
2.Works with the sales staff in assessing potential application of 8-bit MCU products to meet customers needs and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
3.Provides follow-up support to sales staff and customer
4.Undertakes customer-requirements research for current,new and emerging products
5.Builds prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibilities of the application
6.Provides design consultation to prospective customers and/or product capability assessment and validation
7.Ensure the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications
8.Undertakes product marketing, including but not limited to key competitive products, and application usage

Requirements:
1.Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering,Computer Engineering or related discipline
2.Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in software/hardware design
3.Good knowledge of MCU-based embedded system design preferable in 8051/AVR family and memory products
4.Proficiency in English and Putonghua
5.Good communication skills
6.Frequent travels in Mainland China to support customers are required
7.Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Sr.Field Application Engineer.
