职位描述：
负责对客户的所有支持，包括技术建议，支持和培训。
工作内容：
提供专业技术支持，包括产品介绍，演示，工具的安装和维护；指导销售人员分析产品潜在应用，并为开发客户应用或方案提供详细的产品说明；按照客户的要求为其现有或新设计的产品进行分析研究；基于客户的要求建立最小应用原型并演示该应用的可行性；为客户系统设计咨询已经产品性能的估计和验证；确保产品应用或方案按照规范正常工作；承担部分产品的市场调研，包括对主要竞争对手产品和应用的分析。
要求：
电子工程，计算机或相关专业硕士以上学历；至少3年软件或硬件设计相关工作经验；具有基于32-bit MCU嵌入式系统（ARM7, ARM9, ARM11）的丰富知识；熟悉多种嵌入式操作系统，如WinCE, Linux, VxWorks, Nucleus, ThreadX等；有使用C/C++语言编程并熟练使用相关工具，如C编译器等；具有团队精神，工作有动力，有较强的分析和解决硬件/软件问题的能力；能够在压力情况下工作；流利的英语和普通话；易于沟通；能够经常在国内出差。

Purpose:
Reporting to the Application Manager,your role is to guide all presale services to clients,including advising,supporting and training.
Responsibilities:
1.Provides technical expertise through sales presentations,products demonstrations,installation and maintenance of company products
2.Leads the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
3.Guides customer-requirements research for current,new and emerging products
4.Builds a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application
5.Provides follow-up support to company sales staff and customer
6.Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications
7.Guides product marketing, including but not limited to key competitive products,and application usage
Requirements
1.Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline
2.Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in field application or related exposure
3.Have intensive knowledge of 32-bit MCU (e.g. ARM7,ARM9,ARM11) embedded system
4.Familiar with different operating system on embedded system,e.g. WinCE, Linux,VxWorks,Nucleus, ThreadX or others
5.Experience in C/C++ language programming and corresponding tools,e.g. C-compiler,is a must
6.Cooperative and self motivated
7.Strong problem solving and analytical skills on hardware/software issues
8.Able to work under pressure
9.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
10.Frequent travel in mainland China and other countries to support customers are required
11.Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Sr.Field Application Engineer
