Responsibilities:
１．Design, develop and perform a range of Quality Assurance and product assurance tests for new and existing products.
2． See Measurement of Performance
3． Reports to Program/Project Manager
4． Work closely with Engineers, Product Managers and the product development team.
Requirements:
１．Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or BA degree in Computer Science, electrical engineering or related field
2． 3-5 years software development or test experience
3． Develops, applies and maintains test standards and metrics for multiple products for the Electronic Security market.
4． Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
5． Develops or specifies test requirements, test cases, procedures, and methodologies.
6． Defines and specifies test equipment.
7． Conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis and develops corrective action plans for software, hardware, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
8． Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
9． Works effectively in a dynamic multi-functional, international team environment.
Measurement of Performance:
10．Testing experience of application software, working within either a software or hardware product development environment
11．Experienced in the production of test plans and procedures to verify/validate software products.
12．Design, develop and perform test cases to perform a range of QA and product assurance tests on new and existing products.
13．Set up, configure and test a range of products.
14．Familiar with bug tracking software – identifying, reporting and tracking issues.
15．Familiar with the software development lifecycle and have the ability to create test plans and test estimates based on functional requirements.
16．Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, problem solving.
17．Ability to learn to use new tools.
18．Experience with automated testing products would be a plus.
19．Good communication skills.
20．Fluent in English both verbal and written.
