SIEMENS AG is one of the largest electrical engineering and electronics companies with advanced technology in the world. CNGC is one of the largest Chinese companies with business in various fields.

Both companies have invested in the Joint Venture, which is a long-term technology transfer partner of SIEMENS AG, to make and to keep SNC as a top-ranking supplier for the Chinese machine tool industry and at the same time to export SNC products from China to the international market with world-class quality.
