• Responsible for providing to the customer effective on-site technical support and liaison in the operation and maintenance of a wide range of Honeywell's Mechanical products/equipment.
• Available 24 hours a day as the customer's single point of contact ensures product performance while minimizing equipment down time driving optimum customer satisfaction.
• Facilitates necessary and appropriate resources for the successful accomplishment of objectives.
• Performs a wide range of complex assignments and is responsible and accountable for making complex, independent decisions, utilizing an in-depth company, customer and product knowledge.
• Serves as a trainer, mentor and role model for the Field Service organization.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline plus eight years of directly related experience, or in lieu of a formal education, twelve years of directly related experience, which yields an equivalent level of knowledge and abilities.
• Computer literacy a must.
• Must be an excellent team player and has ability to lead the team.
• Complete and comprehensive product knowledge and services.
• Improved customer satisfaction by gathering, understanding, acting on and positively influencing customer metrics.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with Aerospace Business Units
• Responsible for driving and influencing product improvements, idea generation and creating business opportunities.
• Driving force/integral member of account team.
