Job Summary:
Designs and assists manufacturing and participates in field support of installed automotive test systems as needed. Responsible for controls design for customer automotive test equipment, including high voltage control panel design and layout, analog and digital circuit design, and communications under the guidance of senior engineers. Must be able to communicate in English to the senior engineers in the USA. Responsibilitiesinclude design (according to customer specifications), electrical detail work, control panel, machine assembly; coordination of machine installations, and field support and troubleshooting both on site and remotely by phone. Responsible for sourcing of control panels to vendors, and controlling cost and schedules.

1. Primary skills and responsibilities: (Others may be assigned)
2. Work with system design in AutoCAD
3. Troubleshoot control systems by close interaction with assembly and engineering team
4. Ensure effective communication with customers, senior engineers, product and project managers, and team members in defining system requirements, system operation, and schedule planning
5. Develop outsourcing vendors and maintain quality standards of parent company in USA.
6. Must be willing to train in the USA with the senior engineers to learn common procedures. Training will be about three to four weeks.
7. Provide support of new and existing equipment by providing on-site or phone support by use ofanalog and digital circuit as well as computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
8. Assists with machine start-ups and assists with coordination of installation services
9. Programs real-time controls or user interface in C (secondary)
