Job Summary/工作简述:

New Product and FAS, Current Product, Process Flow and Process Control, Mfg Package and Work Instruction, ECO and TA, Machine Parameter, Tooling and Fixture, Supervise and Training, NCMR/MRB Materials, Yield Improvement, Customer's Requirement, Customer Team, Quality Standard, Other Assignment.    
负责新产品和现有产品,生产流程和作业指导书的工艺流程和过程控制设备参数，工具，夹具和器具的管理，监督和培训，处理客户要求，执行质量标准等工作，以及其他相关工作。

Duties and Responsibilities/工作与职责:   

1. Study, introduce and transfer new products as well as new technology from Customer for SVI manufacturing.      
引进新产品及新的工艺       
2. Plan, prepare and manage team for all activities to support new product start up./计划、准备并管理团队所有与新产品生产有关的活动      
3.Generate and release Process Flowchart and Process Control method./制作并发放工艺流程图及控制方法。  
4. Cooperate with PDE for BOM verification, indirect material usage, etc./协助生产研发部门进行BOM验证、间接物料使用。      
5. Support Manufacturing Dept. with Mfg Package, Work instruction, ECO or TA and other required documents i.e. Drawing, Template for Production used.      
向生产部门在作业指导书、工作指导、工程变更及其他所需文件，如绘图、模板等方面提供支持。     
6. Support Manufacturing Dept. with equipment, tooling,jigs, and fixtures in design, modification and installation for assembly process.      
支持生产部门有关设备、工具、夹具及附属装置等方面的设计、修改及安装以运行新的工艺程序。     
7. Support Manufacturing Dept. with validated machine parameter for machine set up./支持生产部门设置设备有效参数      
8. Support Manufacturing Dept. by conduct required training for Production Supervisor and Operators./向生产部门提供培训。      
9. Support, instruct and monitor closely with Manufacturing Dept. for First Article Sample built.
协助、指导、并监控生产部门提供首批生产报告      
10. Support Mechanical and Fabricate Part Verification process./提供设备、制具等验证的工艺流程。   
11. Support Manufacturing Dept. with Labeling, Packing, Creating design and instruction./向生产部门提供标签、包装的制作方法。      
12. Support Manufacturing Dept. with Solution for Problems found in Production lines./协助解决生产线问题  
13. Monitor and continually improve Production Efficiency./监管并不断提高生产效率     
14. Raise ECR, ECO Analysis and Implement ECO upon customer's change requste or order./根据客户要求提出ECR、ECO并实施。      
15. Dispose NCMR and represent department for MRB activities./发布不合格物料清单并组织小组进行解决。  
16. Support and advise fabricated part suppliers in techincal for quality improvement./向制具供应商就质量改进方面建议并提供技术支持。      
17. Monitor FPY in daily basis and perform appropriate actions when needed./监督产品的一次通行率，并采取必要行动。      
18. Represent department to work with Cross functional Team for First Pass Yield Improvement Activities.  
负责提高产品一次通行率改进工作      
19. Response to Customer's requirement as well as feedback for recommendation./对客户的要求作出反应  
20. Supervise and provide Training to Technician and Clerks on routine jobs./管理技术员及文员的日常工作并提供培训。      
21. Support Quality Standard requirement i.e. ISO9000, ISO14000, 5S, SPC etc./支持质量标准的要求   
22. Support Company Policy and all Safety Measurements./支持公司政策及所有的安全规定    
23. To keep good work performance and  perform other job assignment as required from supervisory.  
保持良好的工作表现并按上级主管的要求完成其他指定工作。

Education/学历：Bachelor/学士

Experience/工作经验：3-5 Years experience in EMS business/3-5年电子产品制造行业经验 

Language/语言：Good command of communication in English/熟练使用英语

Special Skill/专业技能: Engineering background/具备工程管理学背景
