- Thorough knowledge and understanding of semiconductor memory and HDD, ASIC (DRAM & Flash), memory aftermarket, and storage products.
- Self-motivated, self assured person with aptitude to interface with personnel from the highest to the lowest levels of customer engineering organizations.
- At least 8 years Sales experience in Flash Memory, ASIC or HDD Sales for entire China region.
- Proven ability to assist in generating new sales/customers, develop strategic partnerships and provide growth in the organization.
- Excellent understanding of the sales process with substantive depth to develop solutions to complex engineering-related issues.
- Develop strong business relationships with key decision makers within the company customer base and the memory industry.
- Understand OEM memory market customers.
- Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
- Track record of superior performance.
- Superior intellect, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
