Requirement:
Education : Bachelor degree or above
Skills and Knowledge: communication, management, finance, business negotiation
Work Experience: 3 years relevant working experiences, R&D or NPI working experience is preferred
Specific professional certification as required: MBA is preferred
English communication skill: Good command spoken and written English
Job Description:
1. Meeting with customer about:
Forecast, product family, developing plan, material requirement, technology, service term, attrition, schedule
2. Communicate with customer about capability, delivery
3. Set up account, register in Doc.con and finance
4. Set up CFT, call kick-off meeting and regular internal or externa review meeting
5. Assign job to CFT members
6. Make schedule by customer forecast
7. Quotation, call and receipt PO, track finance information regularly.
8. Review 4M plan (process to ensure quality, attrition reduction, shorten turnaround time, qualified machine) push in time
9. Conduct pre-run meeting and post-run meeting
10. Coach team members in work method and assist them to resolve problems.
11. Coordinate for sudden case
12. Accept and verify customer ECN and release it to team members.
13. Review customer schedule and NPI resource monthly
14. Get customer CSI feedback and coordinate CCRP/CAR activities.
15. Provide customer updates regular on basis.
16. Review total project history and assist quotation for MP
17. Assist sales to get mass production rolling forecast.
18. Coordinate with receiver about transfer process
19. Drive paper work and material, fixtures ready for transfer
20. Call transfer meeting between sender and receiver
21. Communicate with customer about transfer progress and notes
22. Support BU to set up account and finish Pilot run.
23. Material liability and excess management.
