职位描述：
1. Environment, health, and safety
- Ensure company compliance with Local government Regulation and Emerson policy
- Coordinate and manage external and internal audit work
- Set up effective factory security system;
- Draft, implement and document facility utilizations, policies, standards and procedures;
2. People development & training
- Train, lead and develop employees. Measure employee performance;
- Guide the facility engineer and technician to file their legal tests, legal applications, license renew, contract review, energy consumptions, equipment files;
3. Facility capacity planning
- Identify, analyze and document company space requirements;
- Work on facility plans of consolidation, expansion and lease;
- Manage annual capital spending to support expansion.
4. Waste & energy consumption management
- Lead / work on waste & energy consumption reduction project;
- Develop & improve facility monitor system;
5. Cost reduction
- Identify and implement cost reduction projects
6. Facility support
- Be responsible to communicate with Landlord for facility maintenance and production support requirement
- To provide solution to major facilities requirements in a timely and cost effective manner to satisfy the business needs;
- Maintain an effective facility service team. Lead the facility engineer and technician to implement below works:
- Office furniture, electricity, HVAC, liquid nitrogen, high pressure gases, DI water, etc supply and the maintenance of the equipments and buildings. Ensure the service quality and costs meet the company goal;
- Facility inside clean and decoration to ensure there is a safety, clean and comfortable work environment;
- Building appearance clean and beautiful surroundings;
- Generate and renew the DOP, implement the visualization and preventable maintenance of the facilities;
- Expansions and renovation project of facilities;
- Facility contractor management and performance measurement;
- Maintain a central database and characteristics of the facility.
职位要求：
- Four years college degree in technical, or engineering field;
- More than three years facility management experience;
- Skilled on Office software;
- Fluency in speaking and writing English
