Job Description: Manufacturing Lead

Responsibility:

1. Assume complete production responsibility in the China office including: Scheduling, Material Planning, Receiving, Assembling, Testing, Debugging, Trouble Shooting, Packaging and Shipping.

2. Train co-worker to assemble and test ICS90C Modules.

3. Communicate with manufacturing contacts in headquarter Sunnyvale, California on technical and manufacturing issues of ICS90A modules.

4. Work with China Office to understand customer issues regarding ICS90A modules, and implement corrective actions.

5. Follow all documented manufacturing procedures

6. Maintain Assembly and Test equipments with periodic calibration

Qualification:

1. Be able to communicate in English.

2. BS in Engineering, preferably EE

3. Experienced in tests and trouble shooting

4. 3+ years experience in Manufacturing Operations; logistics, planning, inventory control etc.

5. Basic knowledge of ERP system; Oracle experience preferred

6. Eligible to travel, especially to USA for training

7. Willing to take on assignment other than the above
