JOB PURPOSE: The candidate will join company property to secure the utility connections for company new stores by working closely with land acquisition part and construction part internally and different authorities and relations externally.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

l     Investigate the utility connection conditions (incl. power, water supply, water discharge, gas, road , IT, CATV etc…) for the potential company site, during the land acquisition period.

l     Set up the initial contact with different bureaus for utility connections during the land acquisition period.

l     Secure temporary utility for construction use.

l     Secure permanent utility connections, in accordance with the project time schedule.

l     Coordinate the external utility design with internal utility design

l     Negotiate and finalize the utility construction contracts and follow up the utility construction according to the overall project schedule.

l     Organize and hand over all the documentation and drawing to store organization when all the utility works are completed.

l     Make budget and cost control for utility connection

l     Set up good relationship with local government and maintain in a good way.

REQUIREMENTS:

l     University degree holder, majored in construction management, HVAC or equivalent

l     At least 3 years similar working experience.

l     Technical background preferred

l     Basic knowledge for water supply, drainage, road, power, gas, IT and CATV

l     Basic project management knowledge

l     Know all the schedule and procedures for applying the utilities.

l     Having good relations with utility bureau is a plus

l     Working experience in real estate developing company or working in one or more of those government utility departments is a plus.

l     Fluent in English

l     Willing to travel
