Report to (直接主管)：Production Manager

Job Descriptions：

Manage and coordinate the work in process equipment support team, ensure manufacturing and R&D equipment are in good condition and make the equipment effective to meet the manufacturing needs

l         Ensure the normal working of manufacturing equipment to meet the business need.

l         Develop, research to improve production equipment capacity and OEE, ensure production plan completion

l         Coordinate with other internal and external customer to ensure operation in engineering department of high quality and high efficiency.

l         Motivate and facilitate employee training, improve them technical skill. Ensure individual and department goal achievement and good support for production.

l         Maintain all equipment running effectively and safely, responsible to make annual PM and spare parts plan and implementation.

l         Support employee for continue equipment improvement to meet production requirement

l         Involving OE activity, continue improve process equipment capacity.

l         Support employee to improve production line OEE, increase equipment availability, reducing equipment failure.

l         Responsible for process equipment related project organization and validation, ensure project delivered within planed time, quality and budget.

Job Requirements)：

l         Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical.

l         Over 5 years equipment maintenance and operation experience, over 3 years supervisor level management experience

l         Training in safety and strong safety and quality consciousness

l         Good English in speaking, reading and writing

l         Good communication and coordinate ability

l         Good command of CAD software
