Job Description:

l         Fill equipment suited for clean and sterile production

l         Wash & Sterilization processes and equipment

l         Clean Utility systems

l         Perform specifications and design, installation, start-up and commissioning; handover of documentation and validation activities.

l         Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to review and improve existing aseptic processes.

l         Troubleshoot existing pharmaceutical equipment, coordinate equipment purchase and installation.

l         Prepare project plans for equipment and facility improvements including schedules, budgetary estimates and capital spending requests.

l         Be successfully interface with clients, project managers, and engineering professionals

l         Participate in sales activities including presentations and proposals.

l         Travel to client sites on a regular basis, both nationally and internationally.

Qualification:

l         Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field

l         More than 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech-related process engineering experience

l         Solid knowledge of GMP requirements, aseptic processing (including systems and equipment) and FDA regulations

l         Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Project scheduling

l         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
