MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Perform the Emerson supplied system service effectively. The service scope includes system troubleshooting, upgrade, start-up & commissioning, maintenance, on site system operation/maintenance training and advanced application development.
2.Response to customer's technical queries or issues. Follow up and close the call timely.
3.Support IBS sales team/ Engineering team for any technical queries. Escalate unresolved system issues and cooperate with Global Service Centre to find out the solution for system discrepancy and outstanding defects.
4.Handle the FRSI products warranty/system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
5.Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.
6.Develop and maintain good customer relationship.
Requirement:
1.Possess a bachelor/Master degree of industrial automation/Process control engineering.
2.Strong technical knowledge of Control Automation products, Have the usage background of DeltaV system is preferable.
3.Minimum 2 years DCS/PLC engineering/service or maintenance background.
