Job Description
· Drive process robustness for all technologies and product from divisions
· Troubleshoot to improve process with high level Process Integration knowledge
· Provide insight reference on the processes via presentation material, regular updates and training for knowledge retention and sharing
· Head a team of engineers for fabrication yield improvement activities and cost control
Skills & Qualifications
· Degree in Physics or Material Science
· More than 5 years of experience in process integration and/or device engineering in Flash Memory field is preferred
· Good knowledge of silicon technology
· Familiarity with silicon processing techniques and related equipment, and methodologies to control the silicon conformity and stability
· Preferably has worked for a multinational company or has exposure in dealing with regional counterparts
