职位描述/要求:

 

There is a huge opportunity and growth with the flash memory business in China. It is crucial that our operations leverages on the growth demands with substantial Flash Memory usage in wireless, embedded and data applications. Hence, the criticality to appoint a senior leadership person who not only acts as the major contact sales leader for our China customers but also plays a significant country manager role in leading the North China Sales team to the next level.

 

Reporting directly to the Vice-President for Regional Sales in Asia and can be located at either Beijing or Shanghai, this incumbent will have the following major responsibilities:-

 

  1. Develop/enhance strong top level relations/partnership alliance for North  China with major customers for wireless, embedded and data businesses.
  2. Strategic thinker to chart and implement business directions to further develop market share significantly with the existing and new customers.
  3. Create the path and bridge with customers’ research and development team to gain priority in new product designs wins with our design team.
  4. Charter to grow and achieve sales targets for North China
  5. Be seen as the Site leader for Shanghai and Beijing, providing leadership representation, motivation and advisor to the staff.

 

A native Chinese person, this incumbent should have experience with multi-national electronic/semiconductor companies, preferably with experience working for a certain period of time in the US or Europe region.  Highly exposed to global business interaction, he is expected to be fluent in both Mandarin and the English language, leveraging his existing strong contacts and relations with senior management (Regional Sales VP, Corporate Sales VPs, Product Group GMs).

 

Besides being a strong and strategic leader, he should have good ownership of his staff and is able to further motivate and influence the team to gain a Company culture with respectable business ethics.

 

The right candidate will receive a compensation package that includes base salary, target annual bonus, sales commission plan, transport allowance.
