Responsibilities
As the Test Equipment Engineer, you will:
- Responsible for QASR / SOL / High pot tools, get deep understanding about the tool hardware, both in mechanical and electrical system. Also need go deep into line process flow, improve related tool's efficiency and throughput.
- Responsible for related tools safety and environmental protection, find out and amend the potential risk, support the ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 certification.
- Carry out the equipment tools troubleshooting, PM SOP and prepare task schedule. Optimize all these procedures to achieve the production throughput and tool performance balance.
- Coordination for installation and testing of new equipment tools. Establish the tools documents and track record system, including all SOP, training materials, spare parts list, software copies, etc
- Ensure related equipment tools conformity for production, perform troubleshooting and PM, reduce repeating troubles. Achieve all tool related targets, includes MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, cost control, process target, scrape production ratio. Prepare all these target reports of related equipment tools.
- Spare parts and PM parts planning for related tools. Looks for second source spare parts and performs the evaluation with process engineer. Set RSL for all related parts, establish overhaul parts procedure and optimize the cost and refresh time.
- Training of equipment shift engineer, lead them to keep the related tool running smoothly and finish proper PM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or University degree from mechanical, electronic or related University.
- At least 3 years equipment experience, familiar with semiconductor test / probe test system, semiconductor backend background is preferred.
- Good activity as a team leader.
- Strong in reporting and problem solving.
- Good team player, willing and able to take initiatives and leader/mentor roles.
- Good communication skills, both in Chinese and in English, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with good work ethics.
