Responsibilities
As the Shift Equipment Engineer (Group1), you will:
- Responsible for Robots / Laser / TCS / PECVD / PVD Washer tools daily troubleshooting , keep all the tools running smoothly to support production throughput, report to tool owner if required.
- Responsible for related tools safety issue, performs proper treatment to any emergency situation under the guide of contingency plan.
- Support tool owner for installation and testing of new equipment tools.
- Perform proper PM according to related schedule and SOP, work with tool owner to improve tool's performance.
- Follow up spare parts and PM parts RSL, work with tool owner to reduce cost.

Qualifications
- Junior college degree from mechanical, electronic or related college
- More than 2 year equipment experience in semiconductor / TFT / PCB / glass industry, good knowledge about PECVD, PVD, Laser system or automatic robot / conveyor system is preferred
- Strong in reporting and problem solving, can carry out shift work
- Good team player, willing and able to take initiatives and leader/mentor roles
- Good communication skills, both in Chinese and in English, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with good work ethics
