Senior Application Support Engineer

General Purpose
Works on complex professional engineering assignments to implement, design and develop methods and processes in a specific competence area.

Main Responsibility Areas
Runs complex engineering tasks that may expand to more than one skill area. Identifies and solves non-standard engineering problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods within own area of expertise. May lead small engineering projects.

Environment
Performs day-to-day activates to meet departmental/project objectives. Requires immoderate supervision. Applies commonly recognised concepts within their field of expertise. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas.

Scope
Individual Contributor
Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving. Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work.
Managerial/Supervisory
May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments. Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility. Impact
Impact is short-term and departmental/project in scope. Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency. Actions and errors can have functional area impact.

Key Tasks

Develop application and database for business requirement ,

Support current global, regional and local developed system as local level key user . both in HW & SW

Managing , leading or participating the system development /deployment related program/project

Upgrade ,Integrate and harmonize current stand-alone applications into standard platform

Design and implement effective & economic full-lifecycle support mode

Take the administration for site HW as Desktop,Laptop & Server,…

Needed Competencies and Skills in English:

Individual reqirements

Typically 4-6 years directly related experience .

Bachelor Degree or above in computer engineering or electronic engineering.

Be familiar with OS(UNIX,Windows) ,

Be familiar with below development language/tool : VS2005 ,C#, VB, ASP 2.0 , Java,

Proven experience in B/S application webservice , webpage design

Proven experience in .NET environment application development

Proven experience in Oracle Database /MSSQL Sever design.

Good English both in oral and written.

Able to work under pressure with good time management

Good team player and team leader

Good communiation & networking , able to seeking necessary information independently

Good business understanding , able to fast interpret business requirement/process into comprehensive & conceptual approach for further development
