New Product Introduction:  Take leadership on new product introduction execution to ensure that all

                                                 new products are produced to internal, customer and regulatory

                                                 requirements.

RFQ & contract review:  Provide the necessary information for Purchasing to maintain the qualified

                                           suppliers list in accordance with NPI’s need.

                                           Provide the necessary information to Sales in accordance to customers’

                                           specifications & industrial standards.

FAIR:  Produce FAIRs and inspections reports to ensure that new products we ship fulfill customer

           requirements.

           Issue CoCs and release of NPI products to certify that products we ship fulfill customer

           requirements.

           Function as delegated supplier quality representative when approved to streamline the product

           release process.

Production Support: Provide support to production with particular emphasis on the NPI aspects.

Job Minimum Requirements: 

Education:

                   Bachelors Degree in mechanical, materials/metallurgy or related engineering discipline.

Experience:     

Five (5) or more years experience in engineering and project management.

Specific Knowledge:

Familiar with aerospace industrial standards; metal forging, heat-treating & machining.

Language Skills:

                   Good English ability with particular emphasis on the understanding of technical

                   specifications. Able to communicate well with customers, regulatory agencies and

                   suppliers.

Business Understanding:

                    Good negotiation skills, team player, communication skills.
