Job Description

Manage process development and integration of sub-quarter micron process

Promote continuous improvement of operation and procedures
-
Enhance the team’s skills in using SPC techniques for developed process, process transfer from R&D to manufacturing
-
Participate in working groups/suppliers to drive key equipment or material improvement
Skills & Qualifications
-
Degree in Material Science, Electrical & Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
-
With at least 10 years of relevant working experience in either areas of Thin Film, Etch, Photolithography
-
With at least 5 years of managerial experience, in addition to the more than 8 years experience in the semiconductor industry
-
Must have good written and oral English communication skills
