Responsibilities:
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the executive
- Handle simple sales correspondences and phone calls
- Coordinate and follow up on sales processing, administration and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both Putonghua and English with strong English and Chinese writing skills
- Proficient in PC application such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Ability to multi-task and interact with offices within the Asian region.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the television media industry in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan would be an advantage.
