RF Connector Application Engineer
RF Connector Application Engineer
Based in China Tianjin, reports to GM in Tianjin and a dotted line to Application Engineering Department.
 
Qualification
 
·        Excellent written and verbal English. Good communication skills by working with team in US and customers in China.
·        Bachelor Degree, major in electrical engineering or equivalent.
·        At least 3 to 5 years experience in a technical field requiring the communication skills of mechanical and electrical/electronic devices to others is required
·        This position will require traveling to potential customer facilities for technical discussion, presentations, and demonstrations.
·         
Job Description
 
·        The Application Engineer will contribute to the increase of sales and technical expertise of the achievement of customer satisfaction.
·        Continuously support customer with all means of communication such as emails, telephone calls and on-site visit when necessary.
·        Responsible as the interface of the customer quality contact as to collect field quality problems and effectively support on real time analysis, and support our quality team on solving any quality issues at customer site.
·        Engineering support to the sales team for China business, i.e. design, project tracking, product cost initial calculating.
·        Promote China sales business as per the request for potential customer visit under the instruction of the sales team.
·        Training of customers on understanding our products.
·        Cooperation in appraisal for trend of the market and competitors as well as future product requirements
