Job Description:

· Undertake electrical system engineering and design in FEED and detail design independently for onshore and offshore oil/gas facility, including electrical power load analysis, short-circuit current analysis, load flow analysis, voltage-drop analysis for larger motor starting, harmonic analysis, protective device and selectivity coordination, hazardous area classification, oneline diagram of power system, motor control system and etc.

· Prepare electrical design deliverables for procurement, supply, fabrication, construction and installation.

· Provide necessary technical assistance to construction and installation as required.

· Co-ordinate with project managers to ensure that proper manpower resources are provided for the project.

· Ensure the designs are meeting the requirements of environment, health, safety, quality, workmanship, productivity and performance.

Position Requirements

· Bachelor Degree or above in electrical engineering and automation engineering

· Minimum of 8 years of relevant project experience in the onshore and offshore oil and gas facility design.

· Experience in electrical power generation and distribution is preferred.

· With design company and/or site experience is preferred

· Familiar with Chinese GB and international codes and standards, and design software, such as ETAP.

· Hands on capability of drafting programs such as Auto CAD.

· Fluent in speaking and writing English.

· Good team player. Effective communication skills.
