Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and meet revenue growth objectives
  
• Create and manage territory sales plans and forecasts for new and transferred business.
  
• Develop strong relationships with key customers
  
• Identify new applications, clarify customer needs and requirements, and engage Product Specialist and Application Engineering support to win business
  
• Manage key account customer relationships
  
• Manage partnerships with external channels, including distributors and sales reps

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years successful selling experience in the electronics industry.
  
• University degree or above.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work very positively and aggressively.
  
• Documented program wins
  
• Technical sales background, Basic Electronics / Electrical application knowledge.
  
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
  
• Ability to interact and communicate within a broad global team
  
• Strong teamwork skills
