职位描述/要求:
Work Location: Nanjing
 
Major Responsibilities:
 
·Responsible for car radio/CD/DVD components and sub system design and Release for various vehicle programs;
·Lead implementation of FORD product development process / quality operating system and ensure the milestone deliverables to be completed on time with quality;
·Develop and manage ESOW to ensure all FORD design, quality, engineering support requirements cascaded to supplier correctly;
·Lead suppliers to design and develop components and/or subsystem to meet all requirements including cost/quality/timing;
·Manage Emerging Market Launch Process and timing to insure flawless commodity launch with quality and on time;
·Oversee prototype build to support NA prototype vehicle build timing with quality;
·Responsible for robust design verifications, engineering signoff and production validations;
·Identify and select suppliers to meet Ford cost, quality, volume and timing requirements with cross-functional team;
·Develop suppliers to be capable of supporting forward model programs;
·Resolve issues and manage engineering changes during commodity launch;
·Deliver quality methodologies and reliability processes for long term and lasting quality;
·Support all APQP activities including PPAP signoff.
 
Qualification Requirements:
 
·Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering required;
·Minimum of 3 years design experience in car radio/CD/DVD components;
·In-depth knowledge in car radio/CD/DVD's theory, principle and specification;
·In-depth knowledge in electrical circuit design, PCB layout and prototype making;
·In depth knowledge in electrical and electronics component, such as capacitor, resistor, diode, IC and etc;
·Understanding of global standards and regulation requirement, especially in automotive field ;
·Knowledge in auto component/subsystem design/manufacturing/assembly and launch process;
·Experience in component /subsystem design verification process and test planning/execution;
·Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Production FMEA, Control plan and Global 8D;

Its third product, the all-new Ford Focus, has been built in Chongqing since the 3rd quarter of 2005.  In early 2005, Changan Ford's second passenger car plant in Nanjing started construction. On April 19, 2005, Ford, Changan and Mazda announced a new three-way engine plant joint venture, Changan Ford Mazda Engine Company Ltd.

In March, 2006, the Chinese government approved Mazda's investment in Changan Ford. The restructured company has been renamed as Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd. (CFMA). Changan, Ford and Mazda holds 50 per cent, 35 per cent and 15 per cent shares in CFMA respectively.

On the import business, Ford Maverick, a member of the world-renowned Ford SUV product line, has also been on sale in China. Lincoln Navigator, a premium full-size SUV was launched in China market in May 2005.

Products of the other Ford Motor Company affiliated brands, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda and Volvo are on sale in China as well.  Ford's service brand, Ford Quality Care, is also serving the customers in China.
