Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Shanghai

salary：10-12k /15-18k
        Internal: all project related function of SAA
        External: Customer/Supplier

Job Responsibilities: 

1.Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement;
2.Evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer;
3.Make mechanical design for certain project;
4.Prepare ME sample, approval sheet, with PM/RF;
5.Work with RF/PM for all design documentation from ME side;
6.Proactively involve project activities for mechanical and general projects issue;
7.Proactively involve general department issue and provide training or otherhelp for new comer;
8.Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter's arrangement.

 
Job Requirements: 

1.Work with team member with different individual natural;
2.Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way;
3.Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, networking, result orientation, decision making, nnovation. Sense of responsibility;
4.Adjust way of work flexibly way in time manner, to adapt to changing situation (biz wise, or project, and team wise);
5.ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure, plastic and sheet metal design, basic knownledge of tooling;  
6.At least 3 years Mech design expierence in mass production industry is preferable.
