JD of Chief designer is as follows,

Activities:            

-   Select the topology of new product

-   Clarify customer requirements

-   Host the design review

-   Quote the BOM cost of new products

-   Coach and direct the designers

-   Attend the milestone review              

Authorities:

-   Authority to assign job for designers in new project

-   Authority to make milestone level decision with other steering

Group member

-   Authority to review and validate design out come of designers

Responsibilities:

-   Responsible for the technology of the new products.

-   Responsible for the design of new products, including system

integration and apply suitable technology

-   Responsible for the design fulfillment for customer

requirements.

-   Responsible for developing product reaching the main targets

defined in project plan

-   Responsible for supporting designers in professional issues

And here is our detailed recruiting requirement as follows,

 

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree, major in electrical or electronic engineering

2. At least 3 years experience in electronic or electrical design

3. Experience in high frequency switching power supply AC-DC ,DC-AC topologies:flyback,boost/buck,full bridge etc for product of 6W- 2500W,telecom power supply design experience is preferred

 4. Experience in EMI /EMC for network open frame ,high power ,familiar with electrical various components

5. Proficient in magnetic parts(transformer and inductor) design ,thermal design

 6. Good written or oral English

 7. Good analytical thinking, proactive, energetic, team work;

 

职位职责：

1. Power supply product design of new product, including system

Integration and apply suitable technology,

2. Responsible for the design fulfillment for customer requirements.

3. Responsible for developing product reaching the main targets defined

in project plan.

4. Responsible for supporting designers in professional issues.

5. Provide solution for various technical issues.

6. Perform technical analysis and provide support for RFQ.

7. Technical communication among all relative parties including

Customer, supplier, oversea design center and etc.

8. A key member for product development team to finish assigned tasks

and provide solution for new product development.
