Job Description-Hardware Project Manger
Responsibilities:
Ÿ Lead hardware engineering team to design hardware products according to National Instruments hardware development process
Ÿ Develop products according to NI product market strategy and business goals
Ÿ Work with cross function teams to define and coordinate projects and technologies
Ÿ Set and track project development schedule
Ÿ Responsible for project quality, costing and pricing
Ÿ Responsible for resource assignment
Requirements:
Ÿ Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, or related
Ÿ At least 2 years board-level hardware design experience and 1 year leadership experience
Ÿ Strong project management skills
Ÿ Strong understanding of electronics, computer technology and hardware design process
Ÿ Strong problem solving and analytic skills
Ÿ Outstanding communication skills, with excellent oral and written English
Ÿ Qualities of persistence and initiative
