Support achievement of overall organization, district and store sales and customer retention goals by assisting in the direction, mentoring, and development of department sales personnel. Working together with the Sales Manager, support and implement targeted customer service, customer retention and high-end sales techniques incorporating the our company CARE PLUS sales process. Contribute to delivery of optimal customer service by assisting the Sales Manager in the recruiting, training, scheduling and retention of customer focused full and part-time department personnel. Develop and communicate thorough and comprehensive understanding of technical specifications, benefits and operation of all department products and accessories. Arrange and/or deliver departmental cross-training experiences in order to support and maintain a team-based, cooperative work environment.

职位要求：

• 高中以上学历，相关工作经验2年以上。
  
• 有大型商场工作经验优先。
  
• 计算机及英语优秀者优先。
