Responsibilities:
1.Oversee test flow and program for one or more products.
2.Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support product roadmap.
3.Customer corrective actions.
4.Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve goals and objectives.
5.Train, develop and retain staff.
6.Plan and maximize available resources.
7.Manage the budget, resources and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.
8.Lead and guide staff to achieve test flow excellence as well as maintain competitiveness.
9.Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities.
10.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
11.Manage a team to look at current product test technology as well as future test excellence. MTS would be responsible for providing test solution for the products.
Requirements:
- test engineering experience
- test development experience
- lead small technical teams
- minimum 7 years experience in technical field
- speaks English well
- understands both HW and SW issues
Degree in Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering with preferred 7 relevant years experience or equivalent
