Job description:
Responsible for the technical operations of laboratory and provision of resources to ensure the required quality of laboratory operations.
1. Provide general management of company activities and manage the Lab Quality System in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
2. Maintain and Identify existing and potential customers to increase customer base.
3. Account for financial performance and test services Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
4. Ensure Efficiency and Effectiveness of LabOne test services and staff productivity.
5. Define and implement training programs, endorse employee pay and promotion, and manage employee performance through the evaluation and ranking processes.
6.Assume full ownership for Internal and External Audits, Surveillance Assessment visits, Corrective Actions, and Documentation required to maintain test laboratory in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Requirements:
1. Degree in electronics or equivalent with 2 years managerial experience.
2. At least 5 years of EMC experience and knowledge of ISO 17025 is essential.
3. Knowledge of Lab accreditation system is advantageous.
4. Must posses a team player spirit with good communication and management skills.
5. Must have strong focus on staff morale and service quality level.
6. Strong desire to build a business with sustainable growth and profitability.
7. Conversant in both English and Chinese language.
