Responsibilities:
-Mobile Phone Project Manager is responsible for realizing ODM products or customer products from the product concept, architecture design, and implementation until final release and production ramp-up.
-Project manager is aiming at ensuring the product realization on schedule, with required quality, within target BOM and within project budget
-Work closely with account managers to check the feasibility of customer projects, provide RFP /RFQ and kick off the customer projects.
-Cooperate with platform managers to get the project-related platform info for the project development
-Following the product development process and managing the project schedule and product quality
-Responsible for reporting the progress and status according to the report flow
-Set-up project team and ensure communication flow in product team
-Responsible for project documentation
-Communication of project status to customer, if necessary
-主导手机产品定义, 架构设计, 设计实现直到量产的项目全过程管理工作；
-负责项目按时按质, 在项目的预算和预计的物料单价格内完成
-协助客户经理进行客户项目的可行性分析,提供项目建议书和报价,启动客户项目
-和平台经理一起将与项目相关的平台引入项目研发
-根据研发流程管理项目计划和产品质量
-负责报告项目的进展状况和项目文档
-负责组建项目团队和项目团队内部沟通以及必要时和客户的沟通
Requirements:
-Bachelor or above degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
-Minimum two (2) years of project management or team leading experience for consumer products, preferable mobile phones or similar
-Developed knowledge & skills in project management, able to manage new product project independently
-Strong technical background, understand development lifecycle of project, including mass production and sustaining engineering
-Knowledge and experience of Mobile Phone related development(software, hardware, mechanical etc.)
-Knowledge about GSM/GPRS/W-CDMA/TD-SCDMA
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and problem-solving skills
-Good presentation skills, able to work independently under pressure
-Good English skill in reading/writing/speaking is mandatory
-工科或者计算机等专业本科以上学历
-至上2年以上电子消费类产品项目管理或团队领导经验, 手机相关行业尤佳
-具备项目管理知识和较为丰富的项目管理经验，有能力独立负责新产品开发项目的全过程管理
-强技术背景,了解研发项目生命周期包括大生产和后续工程支持
-有手机研发相关经验和知识 (软件,硬件,结构等), 了解GSM/GPRS/W-CDMA/TD-SCDMA知识
-优秀的沟通技巧和人际技能以及解决问题的能力
-良好的演示技巧,能够独立地工作和承受压力
-流利的英文(听说读写)
