Manage the assembly processes to achieve high yielding products with high quality and reliability. Sustain and provide continuous process improvement through verifying and executing procedures to ensure production requirements in terms of quantity, yield and cycle time. You will also liaise with customers and potential customers on development process, material and equipment capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Source new materials for production at the maximum cost effectiveness
- Test and release materials for production according to internationally recognized standards, corporate specifications or various production centers’acceptance criteria
- Develop and establishe process settings so that the quality standards and high productivity levels can be sustained
- Monitor, improve and ensure in-process control and other statistical process control etc. in place in to assure the consistency of product quality
- Supervise line process & quality control to prevent defective products
- In collaboration with Quality Department, interface with internal and external customers about quality matters and handle the customer complaints
- Work with cross functional departments to ensure the company meeting the environmental requirements/ legislations set by the Government
- Contribute and participate in all process and quality improvement activities
Requirements :
- University in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years semiconductors discrete packaging experience
- Computer literature & good command in English
- Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
- Fluent written and oral English
- Good stress management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork & leadership
- Work under pressure
- Qualified candidate with less experience will be considered as Proccess Engineering Manager
