OBJECTIVES 

• Plan and manage machinery testing, testing process and testing facilities in CRD Reliability Laboratory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage machinery testing, testing process and testing facilities in CRD Reliability Laboratory:
• Running DUT in loading conditions according to KONE type test instructions and recording all relevant measurement data;
• Analyzing test results and creating reports;
• Keeping measurement system calibrated and maintained;
• Calculating reliability key parameters' values, tolerances and variances;
• Running lifetime test series.
• Support ELK, ESK functions in machinery component localization work.
• Comparing localized components against existing or against earlier measurements by running DUT in loading conditions.
• Verifying performances of DUT.
• Calculating reliability key parameters' values, tolerances and variances.
• Other related tasks assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Electrical Motors;
• Strong electric motor technology knowledge, analytical skill;
• At least three years experience in electric motor industry;
• Fluent in written and oral English as well as in Mandarin;
• Forward thinking and task driven with high degree of integrity.
