Responsibilities:

1. Develop product specifications to meet customer requirements.
2. Manage technical development to meet cost and timing targets.
3. Conduct design reviews and program reviews.
4. Manage engineering resources to support project requirements.
5. Implement supplier strategy and work with team.
6. Direct overall product testing approach, set criteria for product test acceptance and review test data.
7. Review and approve the engineering release package and product design changes.
8. Maintain contact with customer and vendors to resolve technical issues.
9. Prepare technical proposals for customer responses.
10. Develop and implement cost reduction and product improvements
11. Mentor engineering personnel

Requirements:

1. BS degree or above in relevant engineering discipline
2. Thorough understanding of automotive electronic products
3. Ability to lead a product development team and direct the activities of support departments
4. Ability to provide effective performance and developmental feedback, establish goals and resolve personnel issues
5. Excellent command of both Chinese and English
