Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring & Control of growth and target on the vertical;
2.Organize the promotion and assist countries in the promotion of solution in the vertical;
3.Assists in the customer platforming (key accounts);
4.With special focus on key accounts (automation GSA & NSA): organize the early detection of projects, promote the development of prescription activities and assist in the development of specific commercial action plans;
5.Develop strong relationship with key supply chain actors of the vertical;
6.Co-ordinate projects across the sales organization (Supply chain: OEM, EPC, SI) and across countries (i.e. SGBD, international projects…);
7.Provide pre-sales support on targeted projects and on targeted accounts;
8.Develop/animate the network of people involved in the vertical, identify experts;
9.Develop the competency of countries on the vertical (marketing, sales & pre-sales);
10.Provide market feedback to the marketing (offer gaps, market trends, market needs…);
11.Coordinate creation of consortium to propose required solution overcoming eventual offer gaps;
12.Take part and contribute to the vertical community by sharing success stories, practices, specific solution…;
13.Develop appropriate replicable process and service solutions in coordination with the vertical and marketing strategy;
14.Identify/propose potential targets for acquisition.
Requirements:
1.Engineering qualification technical Higher National or equivalent is a must, Business degree in sales and marketing is a plus;
2.At least 5 years experience in automation project engineering and project management;
3.Familiarity with targeted verticals is a must;
4.Extensive experience in the field of engineering both electrical and mechanical is preferred;
5.International project management and/or coordination is a plus;
6.Management experience: functional and/or direct with ability to motivate people towards new goals with new behaviors in a difficult environment is preferred;
7.“Change” management experience is a plus;
8.35 to 45 years old;
9. Fluent English, good accent;
10.Strong communication skill, team work spirit, entrepreneurship, international exposure, ability to develop relationships and business with management and/or executives.
