1) Qualification:

• BEng/MEng in Electric or automatic control background,
  
• At least four to five years of solid working experience in hi-tech precision mechanical/automatic control/robot R&D, design and assembly,
  
• Project management experience is desirable,
  
• Proficient in the design of electric automatic control system, motion systems integration,
  
• Good English skills both in reading, written and verbal communication,
  
• Motivated, team-oriented,

2) Responsibilities:

• To work through all phases of the product development cycle from R&D through prototype engineering and pre-production engineering to sustaining engineering.
  
• Be responsible for R&D, product design and production in Shanghai,
  
• To coordinate with our R&D and production teams around the world and with our US head office,
  
• To coordinate with sourcing and logistic teams in our US head office and Asia Pacific offices
  
• To train the technicians, technical support engineers
