Major Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to customers via telephone and other electronic means, and at customer locations. 
•  Assisting customers in deploying Mentor Graphics' software to solve design challenges.
• Tracking and updating customer issues using defined Mentor Graphics' processes and tracking tools. 
•  Developing and delivering technical training on new features and product updates. 
•  Developing technical content for Mentor 's knowledgebase.
• Communicating customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams.

Basic Requirement:

• Experience of complete PCB design flow with high end PCB layout tools with additional knowledge of Hi-Speed signal integrity.
• Experience with signal integrity and microwave transmission line theory. 
•  Knowledge and experience with high-speed processor buses and/or Gbit serial bus signaling and protocol. 
•  Experience with layout and signal integrity requirement for high-speed digital circuit. 
•  PCB EMI/EMC control experience. 
•  Knowledge/experience with VHDL/Verilog, Hyperlynx, SPICE, Mentor or other PCB layout tools. 
•  Background of Dxdesigner/Expedition flow is preferred .
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years of signal integrity and PCB design experience and BSEE required. MSEE is a plus 
•  Excellent oral and written English is required. 
•  Willing to travel throughout Asia Pacific
