Responsibility
- Lead the PE team and grow PE’s capabilities to support new products development.
- Work closely Corporate Marketing and product design team on new products strategy and roadmap.
- Product benchmark and cost analysis for new products.
- Work closely with other parties in manufacturing to smooth new product qualification / ramp up and mass production.
- Grow the leadership pipeline as well as the technical pipeline for the PE organization
Job Requirements
- BS degree or above in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Min 5 years working experience on Semiconductor product development or production in PE field
- Semiconductor Assembly & Test process training
- Knowledgeable in NPI
- Strong leadership, good communication and coaching skills.
