Marvell is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer who will be responsible for all phases of development, including plan, design, implement and test. As experienced engineers, candidates that are selected will develop industry leading optimized software solutions for imaging products. Candidates will also use their experience to lead key technical aspects of product delivery, and will work with a global team and partners to deliver software solutions.

Candidates must have a strong educational background as well as strong programming & debugging skills. Also a must is experience in embedded system design including microprocessor architectures, hardware interfaces, graphics, and IOs.

Candidates will also need strong English communication skills, strong tech writing, self starting & ability to work in team environment.

Minimum Set of Requirements:

• B.S. in EE, BSCS, BSCE, or equivalent with 5+ years engineering experience
• 3+ years experience writing embedded software for imaging systems
• 3+ years experience with C and C++
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Desired:
• M.S. in CS, CE, EE, or related discipline
• 8+ years engineering experience
• 4+ years experience writing embedded software for imaging systems
• 4+ years experience with C and C++
• Proven experience in software architecture
• Experience leading embedded software development and working with other companies and/or teams to deliver solutions.
