1.Bachlor or above degree, major in Chemistry, Mechanical Electronics.
2.More than 5 years process experience in SMT/wave soldering/rework and have systematic problem solving & analysis capability
3.Skillful at Engilish speaking and writing;good at report editting capability
4.Have good communication skill with OEM customer
5.Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge; can use statistic method to analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

·Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
·Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
·Trouble shoot process related issues
·Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
·Evaluate and select various engineered materials
·Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products
·Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities
·Develop manufacturing documents
·Review processing methods
·Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer
·Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer
·Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
