Responsibilities:

1. Identification of design-in opportunities
2. Leading the complete design-in process from first product presentations until product approvals
3. Supporting running projects with regards to technical issues
4. Product training and roadmap updates for sales channels and end customers
5. Adapting technical documentation (presentations, manuals, application notes) to regional requirements
6. Specifying regional requirements for new standard products within existing and new markets

Requirements:

1. Electrical Engineering degree, preferably in Power Electronics
2. At least 3 years in Power Electronics RD environment
3. Preferred industry experience in AC, DC motor drives and/or welding & cutting, SMPS, UPS
4. Proven strong communication skills in an international environment
5. Willingness to travel extensively
6. Highly self motivated and driven
7. Chinese as native language
8. English good in written and spoken
