Responsibilities
1.Meet customer field service requirements for products or systems associated with the sales order entry package or warranty
2.Direct customer or contractor personnel in proper installation and start-up of SPE equipment as required
3.Train customer personnel in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of SPE equipment as required
4.Prepare written trip reports
5.Support systems testing during the manufacturing process to include hardware and software design verification according to the test plan
6.Support products testing and repair as assigned
Qualification
1.Graduate Electrical engineer with knowledge of power electronics
2.5 years experience in manufacturing and automation industry
3.5 years experience in power system/automation field service
4.PLC programming and troubleshooting capability
5.Fluent in verbal and written technical English communication
6.Fluent in verbal and written technical Chinese communication
7.Fluent in Chinese financial and business practices
8.Unrestricted worldwide travel capability
