博西华电器（江苏）有限公司

2004年10月28日，博世和西门子家用电器集团在中国投资的外商独资企业—博西华电器（江苏）有限公司暨博西家电园在中国南京正式成立，公司注册资本3300万美元，总投资额9900万美元。

家电园于2005年3月9日动工建设，截止到目前已经建成和落实的项目有：

2005年8月3日，小家电工厂正式投产；

2006年2月9日， 厨具工厂正式投产；

2006年9月27日，电机工厂正式投产；

2007年3月6日，新滚筒洗衣机工厂项目正式启动，预计2008年中期投产。

博西华电器（江苏）有限公司已成为博世和西门子家电集团吸尘器、电熨斗等小家电、厨具电器、洗衣机及电机等家电产品的中国主要生产基地。同时，家电园内还设立一个研发中心、一个国际采购中心和一个最先进的国际标准的全国物流中心仓库。

BSH Electrical Appliances (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.

On October 28, 2004, BSH Electrical Appliances (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd, namely, BSH Appliance Park with registered capital of USD 33 million and the total investment of USD 99 million, a wholly foreign owned enterprise invested by Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, was established in Nanjing Jiangsu Province.

On Mar. 9^th 2005, the groundbreaking ceremony was held in the Appliance Park, until now, the projects that have been completed and confirmed are listed as following:

On Aug. 3^rd 2005, CP factory started production;

On Feb. 9^th 2006, PH factory started production;

On Sep. 27^th 2006, motor factory started production;

On Mar. 6^th 2007, new front loader washing machine project launched

Upon completion, the Appliance Park will include 4 plants, which makes it become a major production base of vacuum cleaner, iron, cooking appliance, washing machine and electrical machinery. Meanwhile it has an R&D center, an international purchasing center and a warehouse with up-to-date international standards.
