Job Description:
1.Under general instructions, uses a broad knowledge of engineering technology and its application to assist in the design, development and sustaining of product systems or sub-systems. Routine work is done with no instruction.
2. Organizes assigned projects into methods procedures, and time schedules including sub-systems of complex design.
3. Generates complex designs, models, test and procedures from specifications and requirements using appropriate advanced tools.
4. Coordinate and assists designers, technicians or drafters as necessary to meet project schedules.
5. Designs and/ or evaluates complex concepts and feasibility of sub-assemblies sub-systems, models and prototypes.
6. Provides technical assistance and support to senior engineering personnel or project leaders.
7. Contributes to the solution of complex technical problems involving sub-systems or sub-assemblies.
8. Reviews and approves assemblies, basic design documentation, charts, and test procedures.
9. Prepares and submits change notices, modifications to procedures and methods for existing products.
10. Confers with other departments field support and production to evaluate and resolve technical problems.
11. Leads and/ or participates in technical presentations, meetings and problem solving sessions.
12. Generates and adheres to time schedules, project milestones and accomplishment of assigned objectives.
13. Keeps abreast of engineering and technology by attending advanced education courses, training seminars, etc.
14. Maintains reports, files and records that are required by company policy and standard professional practices.
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree.
-5 to 7 years process egnineering experience in semiconductor package assembly
-Oral ans written working cpability in English
