RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct business diagnosis and planning activities;
2. Analyze and assuring quality of the data collected;
3. Assist in formulating strategic solutions;
4. Supervise business architecture activities;
5. Assist in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/ KPIs;
6. Supervise business architecture implementation activities;
7. Prepare the client for deployment (communications, training);
8. Monitor the business environment and using the business case/model and making recommendations to change the project plan as appropriate;
9. Gather information related to key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing analysis to monitor the change program as requested;
10. Describe and assess advantages/disadvantages of strategic/architecture options, including implementation readiness;
11. Structure and create a business/market assessment;
12. Create valuation model with guidance;
13. Construct a section of the detailed business case logic;
14. Analyze balance sheet/ income statement and other financial data to identify company’s strengths and weaknesses.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of Strategy offerings as well as experience in C-level communications, Advanced Value Analysis & Insight Development, Industry/Business Assessment & Insight Development, Strategy Development, High Performance Business Architecture & Journey Planning, and Strategic Business Management;
2. Bachelor Degree for above;
3. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
4. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
5. Desire to work in an information systems environment;
6. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
7. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
